ANALISIS FAKTOR PEMBEGALAN DAN UPAYA PENEGAKAN HUKUM SERTA PENANGGULANGANNYA DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF PENGADILAN NEGERI MEDAN

Abstract

The increase in theft crimes is still a problem in the city of Medan. Robbery is a crime committed by a group of people by stealing goods or committing violence that can cause the victim to be injured. This research focuses on the study and analysis of Medan District Court decisions, with the aim of identifying the factors that cause criminal acts of theft, as well as evaluating aspects of law enforcement and efforts to overcome them. This research was carried out using a literature study approach through analysis of books, articles and scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic. Through a study of decision number 768/Pid.B/2024/PN Mdn, this research reveals the dynamics behind this crime, as well as formulating preventive and rehabilitative steps that have been and can be taken to minimize similar cases in the future.
