EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN MULTIKULTURAL PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN, SEJARAH DAN SOSIOLOGI (Study Kasus: SMA Negeri 1 Purwodadi)

Abstract


This study aims to examine the evaluation of multicultural education in the subjects of Pkn, History and Sociology at SMA N 1 Purwodadi. The subjects in the study were teachers and students at SMA N 1 Purwodadi. The method in this study used a qualitative approach. The results showed that; 1) Multicultural learning planning carried out by Civics, History and Sociology teachers is different. Civics teachers plan multicultural learning by incorporating this material into the cultural goals and national character in the syllabus. 2) Implementation of Multicultural Learning conducted by Civics, History and Sociology Teachers using lecture, discussion, and PowerPoint presentation methods. 3) Civics, History, and Sociology teachers in evaluating multicultural learning with the feedback method, daily tests, and final semester tests. Recommendation; 1) Teachers must make appropriate and measurable learning methods in delivering multicultural learning material on Civics, History, and Sociology subjects. 2) Class teachers can monitor student behavior during the learning process and student activities outside of lessons. 3) Each student should pay attention to the material presented by the teacher and/or work with his friends so that the teaching and learning process feels comfortable and enjoyable. 4) Students should actively participate in extracurricular lessons and activities at school.
