PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) TERHADAP INTELLECTUAL SKILLS SISWA KELAS XI PADA MATA PELAJARAN PPKN DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKOHARJO

Abstract


Abstract. The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not the cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share Type has an effect on students' intellectual skills in basic competencies. They assess Threats to Ideology, Politics, economics, Social, Culture, Defense, and Security and Strategies to Overcome Them in Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2018/2019. This research is experimental quantitative research. This research design is a true experimental design with the posttest only control design model. The research population was students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2018/2019. The sampling technique was carried out by using the cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study were 68 students consisting of 34 students as the experimental group and 34 students as the control group and collecting data in this study using observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a single predictor regression test. Based on the results of the study, the magnitude of the correlation between the cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share Type and the intellectual skills of students in the basic competencies of Assessing Threat Cases to Ideology, Politics, Economy, Social, Culture, Defense and Security and Strategies to Overcome Them in Bhineka Tunggal Ika amounting to 0.41. There is an influence of the Think Pair Share (TPS) type of cooperative learning model on students' intellectual skills in the basic competencies of Assessing Threat Cases to Ideology, Politics, Economics, Social, Culture, Defense, and Security and Strategies to Overcome Them in Bhineka Tunggal Ika class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2018/2019.
