IMPLEMENTASI PROJEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA UNTUK MEMBENTUK KARAKTER DEMOKRASI SISWA (Studi Ekplorasi di SMPN 4 Pati Jawa Tengah)

Abstract


. Democracy education is needed to increase the participation of the younger generation in election activities in the Republic of Indonesia and for the younger generation to care about political affairs and democracy in the Republic of Indonesia. The Pancasila student profile strengthening project implemented at SMP N 4 Pati makes this P5 as a means to shape the democratic character of its students. Through P5, which is carried out in student council election activities, it is proven to be able to change the thoughts of the younger generation about elections and is expected to be carried over to the application of Democracy in Election activities. Learners become democratic life attitudes as stated by Ruslim Karim which include: initiative, tolerance, openness, commitment, responsibility, and cooperation. This research uses a descriptive approach with data collection tools interview sheets and documentation sheets. The collected data were processed using interactive analysis.
