Peran Guru PPKn Meningkatkan Moral Peserta Didik Melalui Asesmen Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah (Stu Kasus: Peran Guru PPKn di SMA Negeri 5 Medan)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the role of PPKn teachers in SMA Negeri 5 Medan in improving the morale of students through Pancasila Student Profile Assessment at school. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection using observations, interviews, and documentation with data analysis
techniques in the form of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The conclusion of this study is that currently the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Assessment in SMA Negeri 5 Medan has not been implemented and its implementation will be carried out in the new academic year later in 2024. However,
the role of PPKn teachers in SMA Negeri 5 Medan has been shown through the provision of good examples from teachers to students and making some preparations. The preparation is in the form of PPKn SMA Negeri 5 Medan teachers equip themselves to understand the Pancasila Student Profile Assessment by socializing and seeking
information from peers, participating as driving teachers, transforming their knowledge to other teachers so that the Pancasila Student Profile Assessment can be realized properly, evenly, and its impact to improve the morale of students can be better and maximized, and provide 5 (five) appeals every meeting and these appeals are constantly reminded. The five appeals include the appeal to obey God Almighty as the creator, the appeal to respect the elderly, the appeal to respect the old and love the young, the appeal to respect teachers and the appeal to obey the government.
